This Privacy Policy explains how Cleo Powered, Inc. ("Cleo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through cleopowered.com and Prime Leads, including sample digest requests and paid pilot conversations.

Information you give us
When you request a sample digest, contact us, or start a pilot, we may collect your company name, work email, NAICS codes or industry footprint, socioeconomic certification, agencies or markets you care about, messages you send us, and billing or subscription information if you become a customer.
If payments are enabled, payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not intend to store full card numbers on our own servers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting, security, and delivery providers may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. The public site also loads fonts and static assets through third-party infrastructure.
Public procurement data
Prime Leads uses public federal procurement sources such as USAspending.gov, SAM.gov, GAO materials, and agency forecasts. Those public records may include company names, award identifiers, agency details, contract values, and procurement notices. We use that data to create recompete analysis and sample digest entries.
How We Use Information
We use information to generate and send sample digests, respond to messages, provide Prime Leads, tailor recompete monitoring to your footprint, operate and secure the website, improve the product, process payments if applicable, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your contact data. Requesting a sample digest does not add you to a general marketing drip sequence. We may still send service messages related to a sample request, pilot, subscription, invoice, support issue, or legal update.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed with vendors that help us run the service, such as hosting providers, database providers, email delivery services, analytics or security tools, customer support tools, and payment processors. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

The public marketing site does not require an account cookie to read pages or request a sample. Hosting, security, font, email, payment, or analytics providers may use cookies, logs, or similar technologies when those services are enabled. If we add account features or broader analytics, we will update this policy as needed.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including product delivery, support, security, legal compliance, and ordinary business records. Children
Prime Leads is a business-to-business product for government contractors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on use of your contact information. Some rights depend on where you live and how you interact with us.

The site may link to public procurement sources, NAICS lookup tools, payment pages, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies.
