Who May Use Prime Leads

Prime Leads is not a search platform, CRM, outreach automation tool, legal service, procurement advisor, investment advisor, or guarantee of contract outcomes. Our analysis is an informed opinion based on public data, and your bid, teaming, capture, compliance, and legal decisions remain yours.

We work to calibrate confidence and show uncertainty, but we do not promise that every opportunity, source, date, value, incumbent, or recommendation is complete or error-free. You should verify important facts against the underlying public sources before acting.
Sample Digests and Paid Pilots
A sample digest is provided so you can evaluate the format and fit. Paid plans, pilot terms, pricing, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and refund terms may be shown on the website, in checkout, or in a written order. If a written order or invoice conflicts with these general Terms, the written order controls for that purchase.
If the site offers a 30-day money-back pilot, the refund applies to the first paid pilot period unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Cancel before the next billing period or memo cycle to avoid renewal.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cleo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, procurement decisions, or capture outcomes. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Cleo for the service in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active paid plan or written order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before either side starts a formal dispute, each side agrees to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version was posted. Continued use of the website or service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
