How Cleo evaluates calls

Cleo Powered will publish product-performance claims only with a dated, reproducible method, defined task outcomes, failure reporting, and stated limitations.

Reviewed Content owner: Cleo Powered

No metric without its method

Cleo Powered has not published a completion rate, time-saved figure, customer count, or return-on-investment claim for Cleo. The call examples on this site explain intended workflows; they are not presented as measured customer outcomes.

Required evaluation record

Cohort

Date range, number of calls, task categories, destinations, exclusions, and relevant product version.

Outcome

A task-specific completion definition plus partial, failed, cancelled, escalated, and unreachable outcomes.

Quality

Incorrect-action rate, schema validity, human review findings, and known ambiguity or transcription limits.

Operations

Call duration, retries, time to result, safety blocks, and provider or network failures where relevant.

Publication rules

  • Report the denominator and date range beside every percentage.
  • Separate connection rate, conversation completion, task completion, and structured-result validity.
  • Include failures and exclusions instead of reporting only successful examples.
  • Use consented, redacted transcripts or artifacts and remove unnecessary personal information.
  • Name the reviewer and revision date and preserve corrections.
  • Do not generalize results beyond the tested call types, regions, language, or product version.
