Service-provider categories used to host Cleo, send verification codes, screen call purposes, and support telephony during pre-launch.

Current provider categories

Cleo Powered relies on specialist providers to operate parts of the service. The exact provider and data path can vary by environment, availability, and approved use case. Current categories include:

  • Website and application hosting: Netlify serves public Cleo Powered web properties.
  • Verification messaging: Amazon Web Services supports transactional account-verification messages.
  • AI task and safety processing: OpenAI services support structured task preparation and pre-call purpose screening.
  • Calling infrastructure: telephony, carrier, and voice-processing services connect and conduct approved calls.

Information and controls

Providers receive only the information needed for their role, which may include delivery logs, a phone number, task content, call audio in transit, transcript content, or service metadata. Cleo keeps public website, customer, public API, and private telephony responsibilities separated, and uses provider credentials only at the boundary that requires them.

Provider terms, locations, and retention practices may differ from Cleo Powered's. Review the privacy notice for the current first-party summary.

Updates and requests

This page will be updated when the production provider set or a provider's role materially changes. Approved business customers may request more specific provider information for their deployment by emailing hello@cleopowered.com.
