What this notice covers
This notice describes information Cleo Powered processes through its website, account-verification flow, customer platform, approved Agent Projects, and Cleo calling workflows. Public personal signup is not open, and product availability remains limited while Cleo is in pre-launch development.
Information we process
- Account and verification information, such as an email address, phone number, and verification status.
- Workspace and Agent Project settings, including access credentials stored in one-way form.
- Task information you provide: destination, objective, context, constraints, success criteria, and output schema.
- Call operations data, including state changes, timing, attempts, transcript segments, summaries, and results.
- Safety and authorization records used to decide whether a proposed call may proceed.
- Support correspondence and basic website delivery logs supplied by our hosting provider.
Please provide only the information necessary for the task. Do not place credentials, payment-card data, medical details, or other sensitive information into a call task unless the product explicitly supports that data and you have authority to provide it.
Why we use information
We use this information to verify access, deliver and secure the requested service, evaluate whether a call purpose is allowed, place and manage authorized calls, return results, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, support users, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use call-task content to create advertising profiles.
Providers, retention, and deletion
Cleo uses service providers for hosting, verification messaging, AI processing, and telephony. Their roles are summarized on the service providers page. Information may be processed in the locations where those providers operate, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
Cleo keeps records while they are needed to operate, secure, and evaluate the pre-launch service. A single fixed public retention period has not yet been adopted for every record type. Authenticated customers can permanently delete terminal call records and tasks; deleting a task also deletes its terminal call history. Some limited audit metadata may remain without the deleted objective, context, transcript, or result. Provider copies can follow a provider's own deletion cycle.
Choices and questions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. To make a request, report a concern, or ask which information applies to you, email hello@cleopowered.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Material changes will be reflected by the effective or review date on this page. This notice does not replace any additional notice or agreement presented for a specific production service.
