Cleo verification messages

Cleo Powered sends one-time phone verification codes by SMS when you opt in and request a code. Message frequency is as requested: one verification message per code request. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent, help, and opt-out

You opt in by selecting the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the phone verification form and requesting a code. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. It covers only verification codes. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or email hello@cleopowered.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cleo Powered may change or end the verification messaging program and will update these terms when material changes are made.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Phone numbers and verification events are handled as described in the Cleo Powered privacy notice. Do not send account credentials or sensitive call-task information by text message.
