Using Cleo during pre-launch
These terms govern use of Cleo Powered websites and any pre-launch access provided for Cleo, including the customer platform and approved Agent Projects. By using an authenticated service, you agree to these terms and the Responsible Calling Policy. If you use Cleo for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts and authorized access
- Provide accurate registration information and protect account and API credentials.
- Use only credentials issued to you and promptly revoke or report a credential you believe is compromised.
- Do not probe, disrupt, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or help another person do so.
- Comply with task limits, calling windows, rate limits, and any access restrictions communicated to you.
Your calling responsibilities
You are responsible for each destination, objective, instruction, and item of context you submit. You must have lawful authority and any required recipient consent, honor opt-out and do-not-call requests, provide AI or recording disclosures when required, and avoid unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited use. Cleo may block, cancel, limit, or review a task when its purpose or authorization is unsafe or unclear.
Pre-launch service and results
Cleo is evolving and may be changed, suspended, restricted, or discontinued. Calls can fail, reach the wrong party, encounter inaccurate information, or return incomplete summaries and structured results. Review a result before relying on it or taking consequential action. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, pre-launch access is provided as available without a service-level commitment.
Fees, credits, or usage limits presented in an approved workspace, the pricing page, or a separate agreement apply to that access. Published personal membership amounts are initial pre-launch prices and may change before self-serve signup opens.
Content, suspension, and questions
You retain rights in information you submit and grant Cleo Powered the limited permission needed to process it for the service. Cleo Powered retains rights in the service, documentation, and brand. We may suspend or terminate access to protect people, providers, the service, or legal compliance. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@cleopowered.com.
