No. The five included monthly calls do not require a payment method. Use Whop only when you buy a prepaid minute pack or choose Pro.
Cleo pauses new calls until the next calendar month unless you have prepaid minutes or Pro. A one-time $5 purchase adds 15 minutes to your balance.
Calls still have a three-minute maximum. Started calls use whole minutes, rounded up, and unused prepaid minutes stay in your balance without expiring.
No. Pro removes the monthly call-count allowance, but every call still has a ten-minute maximum, including time on hold. Long-hold handling is not a confirmed feature. Calls remain subject to Cleo's responsible-calling rules.
Yes. Payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation are managed in Whop's hosted customer portal. Access continues according to the billing period shown there.
