How can I get a restaurant reservation without calling during the day?

Use the restaurant's own online booking link when it shows a suitable table. If the restaurant takes reservations by phone or you need to ask about seating, Cleo Powered can make that call for you. Specify the restaurant, date, party size, and acceptable time range. Approve the call while the restaurant is answering; saving the task does not schedule a later call.

What if my preferred table or time is unavailable?

Tell Cleo which alternatives it may accept before the call starts. For example, allow a table for four between 6 and 7 p.m. but ask it to return options outside that range. Cleo cannot create availability, bypass a restaurant's booking policy, or guarantee that staff will accept an AI-assisted reservation request.

Can Cleo pay a reservation deposit?

Use this request to ask about the deposit, cancellation terms, and how you can finish the booking directly. Do not put card details in the request. Instruct Cleo not to agree to charges. If payment or a personal confirmation is required, treat the booking as incomplete until you finish that step with the restaurant.
