Use case

Order and service follow-up calls

Cleo is designed to request a status update for the user's existing order, repair, reservation, or service request. The task identifies the transaction and information Cleo may disclose. Cleo returns the current status, expected timing, blockers, and next step while leaving refunds, disputes, payments, and other consequential choices to the user.
