Cleo can send keypad tones to select an option such as "press 2 for service" and continue through submenus. This helps it reach the department needed for your request. Menu navigation is supported; successful completion still depends on the business's phone system and the available call time.

If you need a call scheduled for later, Genspark documents that feature. Both services can make short calls and navigate keypad menus. Cleo's free allowance lets you try five calls of up to three minutes each without buying a subscription; Genspark requires paid access to Call For Me.

Calls, minutes, and credits

Cleo's five free calls renew each calendar month and last up to three minutes each. No card is required. A $5 USD prepaid pack adds 15 minutes after the free allowance; calls remain capped at three minutes, usage rounds up to whole minutes, and unused minutes do not expire.

Cleo Pro costs $20 USD every 30 days, renews automatically until canceled, and includes unlimited calls while active. Each call has a ten-minute maximum, including hold time. Taxes may apply. Cleo pricing

Genspark Plus lists $24.99 USD per month, or $239.99 USD billed annually, with 10,000 monthly credits at its starting tier. Those credits also serve other Genspark tasks. Genspark membership plans

Connected calls and completed errands

Call For Me charges 500 credits for a connected call, plus credits for analysis and the summary. Voicemail counts as a connection. Unanswered, busy, or unconnected calls receive the 500-credit refund. A 10,000-credit balance therefore should not be treated as 20 completed errands. Genspark's calling charges

If you already pay for Genspark, check your available credits before adding another subscription. If you need a few short calls, Cleo's free allowance lets you try those errands before buying minutes or Pro.

For either service, check what the business confirmed before treating an errand as complete. With Cleo, review and approve the appointment request, including acceptable times and what to ask if those slots are taken. A connection does not promise a booking. Long-hold handling and automatic retries are not confirmed Cleo features. Understanding Cleo's call results
