A call and a task can involve different work

Asking a shop whether your repair is ready is a specific call. Finding a suitable service provider, comparing options, and arranging the work can require several steps. Before choosing a plan, decide whether you want help with one conversation or the larger request.

Duckbill includes human help on every plan, with AI used for preparation and planning. You can submit requests through its app, text, or email. Its published service includes waiting on hold and following up. What's included with Duckbill

Cleo asks you to define the phone errand and the choices it may make. You review the business, request, and limits before approving the call. Afterward, the result can show a confirmation, available options, or what still needs your attention. Cleo capabilities

Duckbill's task counts are approximate and depend on the work involved. A task may require more than one call, so these numbers should not be compared as if each task were a single phone conversation. Duckbill's subscription explanation

Cleo's prepaid calls retain the three-minute limit. Usage rounds up to whole minutes, and unused minutes do not expire. Cleo Pro renews automatically every 30 days until canceled; its ten-minute call cap includes hold time. Cleo pricing

When one call leaves more work to do

For illustration, suppose you ask a repair shop when your item will be ready. The shop says it needs authorization from a warranty provider. The call has produced a useful update, but someone still needs to contact the provider and return to the shop. This is an example of a possible task, not a customer result.

Cleo's service-update calls can help establish where the repair stands. Review the result and decide the next action; automatic retries and long-hold handling are not confirmed capabilities. Duckbill includes human follow-up, so ask how it would handle the larger request and count that work against your plan. Cleo capabilities, Duckbill's service scope
