Getting quotes and requesting a booking

Google's “Have AI check pricing” flow calls nearby service providers and emails quotes and availability. It does not create a booking; you contact the provider afterward. Google lists this feature for signed-in U.S. users over 18, in English, on mobile and desktop. Google Search pricing help

Cleo can request an appointment or reservation within the preferences you approve. You specify acceptable times and what to ask if those times are unavailable. Read the result for a confirmation, alternatives, or a reason the request could not finish.

AI Mode may use the web or call a business

In AI Mode, “Check for me” can gather local information online or call businesses when details are unavailable. You review the request before it proceeds. Call results can take up to 30 minutes, and email notification is optional. Google's AI Mode documentation has its own availability terms, including broader regional coverage for dining reservations. For an existing order or repair, Cleo's service-update calls let you provide the business, reference number, and question you need answered. An expected completion date or a missing requirement can be useful even when the business cannot finish the request during that call.

Call allowances and cost

The Google help pages above do not specify a universal included-call allowance or a standalone calling price. Check the limits shown for the feature available in your account.

Cleo includes five free calls each calendar month, up to three minutes each, with no card required. Signup requires U.S. phone verification. After the free allowance, $5 USD buys 15 prepaid minutes; calls retain the three-minute cap, and usage rounds up to whole minutes. Unused prepaid minutes do not expire. Cleo pricing

Cleo Pro costs $20 USD every 30 days and renews automatically until canceled. It includes unlimited calls while active, with a ten-minute limit per call including time on hold. Taxes may apply.
