Pine offers help with customer-service cases, including bill negotiation and follow-ups. Cleo, the AI calling assistant from Cleo Powered, focuses on shorter calls about appointments, business questions, and service updates. Pine Phone, Cleo capabilities

An appointment request might need one conversation. A disputed charge might need account details, several contacts, and agreement on what settlement you'll accept. Those are different amounts of work, even though both can start with a phone call.

For a negotiation, Pine's stated scope is a closer fit. You still need to tell it what it may agree to and check the final terms. For a brief order or repair update, Cleo offers a free place to start.

Personal plan pricing

Cleo includes five free calls each calendar month, up to three minutes each, with no card required. After those calls, $5 USD buys 15 prepaid minutes. The three-minute cap still applies, usage rounds up to whole minutes, and unused prepaid minutes do not expire.

Cleo Pro costs $20 USD every 30 days and includes unlimited calls while active, capped at ten minutes each including hold time. It renews automatically until canceled; taxes may apply. Cleo pricing

Pine's personal Pro plan lists $39 USD per month or $319 USD billed annually, with 6,000 credits each month. Premium lists $79 USD per month or $639 USD billed annually, with 13,000 monthly credits. Select “For personal use” on the Pine pricing page to compare these personal and household tiers; the page also offers work and business plans.

What a negotiation can cost

On Pine Free and Pro Monthly, bill negotiation carries a 25% success fee after savings are confirmed. Pine describes a temporary payment authorization before the attempt. Pro Annual and Premium use plan credits without that percentage fee. Unsuccessful attempts can still consume credits for the work performed. Check the savings period and charges in your billing terms before submitting the request. Pine's bill-negotiation guide

A credit allowance and a call allowance do not measure the same thing. Pine's credits fund several kinds of work, so dividing the subscription price by a guessed number of calls would give a misleading comparison.

For a Cleo call, define the question and the choices you will accept, then review and approve the request. Cleo can return a confirmation, options, or a reason the task could not finish. Long holds, cancellations, and automatic retries remain outside its confirmed capabilities. Cleo capabilities
